In short

Your results and progress
Attention results, your answers to the optional context questions (sleep, alertness, caffeine), lesson progress, practice history, final test scores and settings are stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage. If Android backup is turned on, Android may include this data in your device backup; this is managed by Google and by you, and we cannot see it. We run no server and receive no user data.
Settings › Export my data creates a JSON file of your results. It is saved or shared where you choose and stays under your control.
No camera, no microphone
Noticely does not use your camera or microphone and never reads, records or analyses your face. The faces you see in the app are photos that ship with the app.

Noticely shows one small banner on the main lists (Attention, Faces, Progress), never during tests, lessons, practice or the final test, and, only if you choose to watch one, a short rewarded video that removes ads for 24 hours. Ads are served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect your device’s advertising ID, an approximate location based on your IP address, information about your interactions with the app and diagnostics, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Ad content is limited to the “PG” (parental guidance) rating.
Where the law requires it (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland), Google’s User Messaging Platform asks for your consent. You can change your choice at any time in Noticely under Settings › Ad privacy choices.
The only purchase, Remove ads, is handled by Google Play Billing. Payment details go to Google, not to us. The app only checks whether you own Remove ads, so that it can turn ads off and restore the purchase on the same Google account.
Ratings and reviews
The app may show Google Play’s in-app review prompt. The prompt is handled by Google Play; the app receives no review content or user data from it.
Notifications
The optional daily practice reminder is a local notification scheduled on your phone. No push service is used. You can turn it off in the app or in Android settings.

Noticely is intended for people aged 13 and older and is not directed at children. Its content rating on Google Play is Everyone. The app has no account or profile, and results stay on the device. If you believe a child has given personal information through the app, contact us and we will help.
This website
This website is a set of static pages hosted on Firebase Hosting by Google. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. The hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
Retention
Data on your device: until you delete it in the app (Settings › Delete my results) or uninstall the app.
Data collected by Google for ads and purchases: according to Google’s policies, linked above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, for example under the GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to processing, to withdraw consent and to complain to a data protection authority. Because your results stay on your device, you can export and delete them yourself at any time. For advertising data, use the controls above or contact Google.
